What's New in Acces 3.64
Since Acces 3.5x, the 3.64 release of Acces contains a number of bug fixes, an updated typesetting engine, and many small improvements based upon user feedback. Below is a list of what's been changed.
Changes in 3.64:
- Fixed direction repeating bug
- Fixed problem extraction bug
- Fixed printing bug where starting pages wouldn't reset after a print job
- Fixed syntax-checking bug
- Minor fixes to format file and chemistry and ruler styles
- Updated the Program Manual
Changes in 3.63:
- Fixed multiple choice scrambling bug
- Fixed Overheads Main Options dialog bug
- Increased the size of the Commands editing box
- Increased the maximum year selectable for Monthly Calendars

Engine- Removed DOS/Windows 3.1 legacy code
- Typesetter and previewer run as DLLs for increased compatibility with virus scanners and security programs
- Improved compatibility when printing from the

- Added support for more graphics formats (BMP, GIF, JPG, PNG)
- Improved handling of pictures and simplified table macros
- Acces now uses standard Windows Open and Save dialogs
- Fixed "Syntax Checking" preference when editing problems
- Added online help (Press the F1 key while Acces is running)
- Added menu items and dialog buttons to open commonly-used Acces files and folders
- Acces' start-up window size is now based on the desktop resolution
