Texas Secondary Math / Algebra I EOC (TX3)
EducAide's TEXAS Secondary Math / Algebra I EOC module is a collection of over 3300 multiple-choice problems and 500 diagrams based on the TAAS objectives and instructional targets for grades 7–8 and exit-level, and over 600 problems based on the Algebra EOC objectives. The authors of the TAAS portion of this module, Marge Valentine and Libby Chaskin, are respectively the former and current Mathematics Coordinators for Northside ISD (San Antonio, TX). The EOC portion was authored by Region #10 Educational Service Center (Richardson, TX).
This module is very popular with Texas teachers. Because the problems are organized by topic and cross-indexed by instructional target, it is very easy to customize practice tests and worksheets for students who are having difficulty in certain areas. Even teachers outside of Texas find TX3 useful in preparing students for their own state or district assessments.
