<p>Passages that you add to Acces documents will be saved as *.psg files in your User Folder.
	The default location for this folder is Documents\My Acces4 Content, however, you can change
	this by choosing <span class="menu">Edit > Preferences</span> and clicking on Paths.

      <li>Choose <span class="menu">Insert > New Passage</span>

      <li>Choose a name and save the *.psg file in your User Folder.
        </li>
      <li>The Passage Editor will appear.

	  <li>Use the menu box to select the passage element you want to add, then
		type the content for that element. Repeat these steps until you have completed your passage.

      <li>If you copy and paste your content into your passage, then you may end up with unintended line breaks. You
		can select the text and use the <span class="button">Rewrap selection</span> button to remove line breaks.

      <li>The toolbar buttons can be used to change the format of your text, just like in a word processor.

	  <li>Use the <span class="button">Passage Properties</span> button to set properties such as the title and number of words.

      <li>Click <span class="button">OK</span> to close the editor. Your passage is also available for insert into other
		Acces documents through the <span class="menu">Insert &gt; Passage</span> menu.
