Q: Are they really free?
A: YES! We want you to get the most out of Acces, so we are providing these trainings as a service to you.
Q: Are you going to try to sell me something?
A: NO! These sessions are for training only. If you have sales questions, let the instructor know and she/he can put you in contact with a sales representative.
Q: Are they worth the time?
A: We think so, and most participants agree. We intentionally scheduled these trainings to last no more than 30 minutes, so check it out and let us know what you think.
Q: What are the system requirements?
A: For PC and Mac Users
- Windows® 7, Vista, XP, 2003 Server, 2000 or Mac OS X v10.4.11 Tiger or newer
- Internet Explorer® 6.0 or newer, Mozilla® Firefox® 3.0 or newer or Safari™ 3.0 or newer (JavaScript™ and Java™ enabled)
- An Internet connection, with cable modem, DSL or better recommended
To Use VoIP
- Required: Fast Internet connection (384 kbps or more recommended)
- Required: Headset (USB recommended) or microphone and speakers
Q: I want to attend, but none of the times work with my schedule. How can I get training?
A: Let us know what times work for you. Chances are, other customers have the same needs. We schedule sessions based on feedback from our customers.
Q: Can my school/district schedule a private webinar?
A: In most cases, yes. Let us know what you have in mind and we'll do our best.
