Creating and editing problems is done in Acces4's Basic View or Advanced View. If you prefer to do your editing in a visual manner (similar to using a word processor), you'll want to use Basic View. If you're comfortable with the TeX typesetting language and need to enter complex formatting commands, Advanced View may be better for you.
