The Paste command inserts a copy of the data in the clipboard at the current cursor position.
The Paste command may be enabled or disabled, depending on what type of data is on the clipboard, AND
where the cursor is currently located. In general, Document elements like Parts, Problems, and Directions
can only be pasted from the clipboard when the cursor is on the
Document
Tree, while text can only be pasted when the cursor is in a text-editing box.
