The Export submenu lets you save your Acces document to different file formats.
Choose to create a PDF version of your document. PDFs are handy for sharing your work with colleagues who don't have Acces4 but just want to view your documents, and for sending to print shops to run a large number of tests for students.
Select "Open file after exporting" to view your exported PDF right after it's created.
Normally, when saving an Acces document, any custom content used does not get saved to the document. The document will open fine on the same computer it was created on, but may have "Missing File" errors when opened on another computer. Exporting a document package solves this problem.
Use the Export as Document Package command to share any Acces documents you create that contains custom figures, passages, etc. with other Acces users.
Use the Export Metadata command to create a CSV file that can be opened with a spreadsheet program (when opening the CSV file, make sure to specify "Comma" as the separator/delimiter). The CSV files will contain any information present about the problems used in your document, such as objectives covered, difficulty, and point value, and can be used to help create reports.
