Print Preview

The Print Preview command brings up a window showing what the pages of the active Document will look like when printed.

The toolbar at the top of the Print Preview screen provides you with buttons that let you do several things:

• Click Print to print the pages
• Click PDF to export the pages as a PDF file
• Use the navigation arrows in the toolbar to step through the pages of your Document
• Use the Zoom pop-up menu to resize the preview image
• Click Close to close the Print Preview and return to the Main Window without starting the print process

You can also click and drag the preview image to pan the visible area.
