Depending on the month and calendar options selected, monthly calendars take the first 20–42 problems of your test and place them onto a calendar grid.
Set the number of days per week in the printed calendar. Calendars with 5 and 6 days per week have weeks starting on Mondays. Calendars with 7 days per week have weeks starting on Sundays.
Set the number of pages used to print out one calendar month. If you have lengthy problems in your document, it's recommended you set this option to 2 or 3 to make sure all problems fit within their squares.
Set this option to fill in all squares printed in the calendar, even if the square represents a day outside of the selected month.

Weekly calendars group every 5, 6, or 7 problems within your document into pages representing a school week. Each page has 2 columns by 3 rows of squares, with each square but the last holding one problem.
The sixth square on each page is special and can be set to contain one of the following:
