This command brings up the Multiple Choice layout options page. The two sections let you specify how the multiple choice blocks in your document are laid out and labeled.
As with all other options in the second group of the Format Menu, certain options on this page may be disabled, depending on whether or not the settings are to be applied to the current Part/Problem, or the entire document.
Select this option to hide the multiple choice block, effectively making the problem a free-response problem.
Use this list to select how the choices in a multiple choice block are arranged. The different layout styles are:
Sets the amount of spacing between the rows of choices in a multiple choice block. Only available if the layout is NOT set to condensed.
Sets the amount of spacing between the multiple choice block and the problem text. Only available if the layout is NOT set to condensed.
Sets the maximum number of multiple choice answers displayed. (This setting will have no effect if set to a number higher than the actual number of choices the problem was originally authored with.)
Randomizes the order the multiple choice answers are displayed. The randomization happens every time the document is previewed or printed.
Use this list to pick the basic "template" for the multiple choice lables.
Sets the numbering style used for the multiple choice labels.
Use this list to set how the multiple choice labels are vertically aligned with choices whose content is taller than a line of text (such as figures or tables).
