Use the Format menu to change the way your document looks. Formatting changes can be applied to your entire document, or they can be applied to specific Parts and Problems in your document. For more details on how formatting in Acces works, see the How Layout Options Work appendix.
Formatting changes that affect your entire document can be made in two ways: by setting Document-specific formatting options and by applying Part- and Problem-specific formatting options to ALL the parts and problems in your document.
To set Document-specific options, use the first group of commands in the Format menu.

To apply Part- and Problem-specific formatting options to ALL the parts and problems in your document, use the second group of commands in the Format menu and make sure you select the "Apply settings to entire document" option at the bottom of the dialogs before pressing OK.

To format an individual part or problem, right-click on it in the Document Tree and choose from the shortcut menu.
Alternately, you can select the desired part or problem, use the second group of commands in the Format menu, then make sure you select the option "Apply settings to current Part/Problem only" at the bottom of the dialogs before pressing OK.
