Choose View > Grid to open this view.
Grid View is a spreadsheet-like view that shows the Metadata for all the Problems within a Part. While in this view, you can quickly compare and edit Problem Metadata by clicking their corresponding cells and editing the text directly.
To add new problems in the Grid View, type a CodePath into the first column of the grid. This will add the problem referenced by the CodePath to the current Part and fill in any default values for that problem in the other columns of the Grid.

Quick CodePaths in action:
To help you enter CodePaths for several problems coming from similar Framework locations, the Grid View automatically detects when the last part of a complete CodePath is typed in. This means that if you've already typed in a long CodePath like EAS.MMA.PRE.WHOLE.AA.1, and you type in 2 in the next row and press Enter , the Grid will automatically convert the 2 into EAS.MMA.PRE.WHOLE.AA.2. Typing in BA.14 will automatically be converted to EAS.MMA.PRE.WHOLE.BA.14, and so on.
Click the cell of the Problem Metadata you want to change and enter a new value.
Editing problems in Grid View is done with the Visual Editor. To bring up the Visual Editor, select the problem you want to edit from the document tree, then choose Edit > Selected Problem, or right-click the problem thumbnail or the problem node in the Document Tree and choose from the shortcut menu.
The Visual Editor works like a word processor and lets you perform many basic editing tasks without requiring you to learn the TeX markup language. For more information on how to use the Visual Editor, see the Visual Editor page.
