This command brings up Acces' online help system, displaying the list of help chapters and topics available in the Contents pane on the left.
Navigate through the different help pages using the Contents pane, browse by topics in the Index pane, or search for specific pages in the Search pane. You can also use the Favorites pane to bookmark certain pages in the help system.
