This command brings up the Directions dialog, where you can select existing directions or create new ones to assign to Parts in your document.
Use the controls in the Existing tab to pick a direction from a list of all the installed directions on your computer. Type a word or phrase in the Filter box to display only the directions that contain that word or phrase.
If none of the installed directions is appropriate for your document, you can use the controls in the New tab to create custom directions. Simply type in the text for your directions and click OK.
If you want to save your custom directions for use in future documents, select "Save these directions to the 'Existing' list" before clicking OK. Your custom direction will appear in the Existing list, with the Source "user".

Use the Insert Directions list to pick where you want the selected/created direction to go.
Only one Direction can be assigned to a Part at a time. When trying to insert a Direction into a Part that already has a Direction assigned, the existing Direction will be replaced by the new one.
